The BIGGEST Reason You Regained All That Weight!

Ok, so you’ve gained weight and tried all kinds of diets and diet pills but nothing seems to work. Well, you do lose weight at the time but then it all comes back and it seems that there is always an extra pound or two more to contend with.

You start to despair that you will never lose weight but you go on searching for that perfect bullet or pill that will finally do the trick. I’ll let you in on a little secret, there is no such pill but there is an answer to your problem.

For the past 12 years I have been gaining 2 to 3 pounds per year and I recently found myself with 25 extra unwanted pounds. Because I am 7.5 ft tall, it is not as noticeable to other people. But my clothes know and I know.

I was feeling not too happy with myself. Here I was eating organic fruits and vegetables, not indulging in junk foods or pop and I was still gaining here and there, I even succumbed to the promised ‘lose weight now” with this “pill” and that “pill” which was as much a disappointment for me as I am sure it was for many of you reading this.

I’ve been in the alternative health business for 14 years and one would think that I knew better. But when it is your “butt” that’s on the line, the picture changes and you think that things won’t be the same for you because you know better. Wrong!

It wasn’t because I didn’t know the facts behind the obesity questions had reached a critical stage:

FACT: Obesity contributes to over 300,000 deaths per year in the U.S. alone
FACT: 81% of people in the U.S. are overweight
FACT: 75 million people go on a diet every year
FACT: 50,000 people start a weight loss program everyday
FACT: 60 diseases are related to obesity
FACT: Obesity is gaining on smoking as #1 killer
FACT: Weight Loss industry accounts for 109 million per day sales

It’s just that I also bought into the weight loss hype and products and found my funds dwindling with no tangible results for my efforts. It wasn’t until I found the true cause behind permanent weight loss that things started to change for me.

It really was very simple. Remember when you would diet and you were so careful to watch those calories? The diet would last for a week or 2 weeks and at the end of the period you would have lost a few pounds and were ecstatic with the results?

So you went out and bought yourself a new outfit to celebrate the new you. Things were wonderful and you felt great.

But the weight came back and often with a vengeance. I now know why and the answer is so easy that I had to do a double take. Here I was, an alternative health care provider, and I had clearly missed the fact that toxins hold on to fat cells and that was why the weight comes back. Eureka!

If you don’t release the toxins, you don’t release the fat. Pure and simple, period!

That’s why that as soon as I started a cleansing and fat burning program, the weight just started melting off of me. After 9 days, I had lost 7 pounds and 8 inches of fat. I wasn’t too concerned about the weight loss but more so very pleased about the inches gone bye, bye.

At the time of writing this article, day 65, I have released 22 inches of fat.

I feel wonderful, my aches and pains have disappeared and I now know that getting older won’t be a chore for me anymore.

There was a time when I wondered if I would make it to 85, my mother’s age, and still be able to function, as I used to hurt in every joint.

Not anymore and I’m so happy with the changes that I have vowed to continue on a program that will allow me do to cleansing on a regular basis.

There’s no way that I will ever go back to my old ways of doing things. Life is too good now!
