Subconscious Restructuring® For Emotional Spiritual ...

Regardless of your intellectual, emotional or spiritual objectives everyone understands the significance of the subconscious in reaching them. Let’s begin with intelligence or IQ. Ask any teacher and they will tell you intellectual development happens via emotional development. Emotional development, or improving one’s EQ, only truly happens if one fully understands what brings about an emotional state from the deepest level of the subconscious. It is imperative to understand emotion from the deepest level of the subconscious, otherwise you are subject to any external event affecting the way you feel and continually looking for external resolutions to an internal issue.

All modalities in life coaching, counseling and mental health use the approach of assessing how external events affect one’s emotions, but at some point one must ask…Who is driving? Trying to assess the affect of external events has no credibility if you simply look at one example. If a woman goes shoe shopping this will usually represent stress reduction and put her in a positive emotional state the entire time with a significant uplift in emotion when the perfect pair of shoes is found. If this woman brings a husband or boy friend with her, the man will be in an emotional state that ranges from uncomfortable to traumatic.

How can one person be uncomfortable or traumatized by the exact same experience someone else is getting pleasure from? The answer is very straight forward. The subconscious of every person processes information differently. This is why it does not make any sense to attempt to assess the impact or trauma caused by an external event. Once the assessment is done, a diagnosis or label is put on the person and the experimentation of medication begins. This is nothing but a continual assault on the body to try and change the processes of the subconscious.

There is a single question missing from the practice of coaching, counseling and mental health…What brings about an emotional state and behavior? One can endure seven to ten years in school to get a psychology or psychiatric degree and this question never comes up. This is the equivalent of someone training to become a mechanic without ever understanding what makes the wheels move forward on a car. Would you take your car to a mechanic who could not fix their own car? Of course not, yet this is what we do in regard to the most important issue in our life, our mental health.

The answer to “What brings about an emotional state and behavior” or “What determines human behavior” is a simple one word answer: information. Can you do anything without talking to yourself and seeing a picture of what you are going to do? Of course not, it would be like trying to read a blank book. No information, no action.

The next question after accurately answering “What determines human behavior” is “What are the components of this information?” The components of information that determine human behavior are words and pictures. The next question is how can one recognize, access and change subconscious information or programming that is simply not working? This is where Subconscious Restructuring® comes in.

Subconscious Restructuring® is the process of learning how the subconscious works for the purpose of changing one’s emotional state and behavior via restructuring of subconscious processes. This is the most fundamental concern for all human and behavioral issues. There is a consistent process the subconscious must go through in order for any human being to experience an emotion, which will in turn equal a behavior. This is why it is imperative to learn how the subconscious works. One cannot fix it, influence it or control it if you do not know how it works.

Once one understands how the subconscious works, you can begin the process of measuring, monitoring and changing any emotional state and behavior that does not work. The first step is to measure how you feel right now. It is critical everything is documented through the process of Subconscious Restructuring® because this is the only way to know where you started, where you’re going and where you have ended up.

The documentation and data collection of SR® has established it as the only “evidence-based program process” in coaching and mental health and the only “proven process for depression.” These statements are occasionally challenged by coaching and mental health professionals, but they will be made emphatically clear if you look up either statement on Google. Be sure to include the quotes so it looks like this “evidence-based program process” or “proven process for depression.” The quotes will eliminate the pharmaceutical companies.

How does SR® apply to religion or any spiritual belief system or affect your SQ? When a devout Christian, Jew, Buddhist or Muslim is asked what the primary objective of their faith is, a clear answer is rarely given. When asked if reaching higher spiritual ground is the most fundamental issue in their religion or belief system the response one hundred percent of the time is, “Yes of course.” If reaching higher spiritual ground is an objective, then what is the path to that ground? If you believe in a God, in God consciousness or the Superconscious, there is only one path and this is via the subconscious. Prayer or meditation is the process of putting oneself in a subconscious state and understanding how the subconscious works, changes and significantly increases the power of your meditation or prayer.

Everything you have ever seen, heard, felt, tasted or smelled is stored in your subconscious. The subconscious uses this information to determine how you intellectually, emotionally and spiritually respond to your world. The amount of information delivered to the subconscious is growing exponentially every year and much of this information must be changed or processed out in order to maintain an empowered emotional state. This cannot be done effectively if one does not know how the subconscious works. In other words if you do not know how your subconscious works you are not running your life, your life is running you.
