Since owning my Personal Trainer Las Vegas Program, I have transformed numerous Las Vegas Personal Training patrons crush fat, tone up and get into awesome shape. And I have been doing this successfully for the previous 17 years. And still to this day, I recognize people making the exact bloopers over and over out there.

There are many misbeliefs as to what is needed to get into spectacular shape. And sadly, many people fall to these misbeliefs and never lose the fat they want to or get into killer shape. I am here to renovate that for you. As a Las Vegas Personal Fitness Trainer, I am going to show some light as to what it truly takes to melt fat and tighten up your entire body. And I am also going to crush some of the fitness myths out there for you.

Personal Trainer Las Vegas Smashes Weight Loss Myths

Mistake #1 – Continuous Cardio: I have seen many of my Las Vegas personal fitness training patrons make this mistake. People think that traditional, slow-paced cardio is the greatest approach to annihilate weight. WRONG! Slow paced cardio only ignites your metabolic rate for up to a few hours afterwards, as opposed to up to 48 hours afterwards with another strategy that I will discuss later. Also, doing time-consuming cardio can actually damage you, by losing valuable calorie burning muscle tissue. And if you don’t believe me, next time you go into the cardio room, take a look at all the same fat people who have been doing cardio for years. What do you see? The majority of them look the same as they did a year ago.

Mistake #2 – Low Carb Diets: All these low carbohydrate meal programs do not work as you think they do. Sure, if you take all your carbs out, you will drop some weight. But, here is the crisis, the weight you lose is half lean body tissue and half lard. So, you become a tinier, fat person. And it gets worse. Low carbohydrate meal programs are undeniably unhealthy and near impossible to stick to. So, as soon as you get off, you end up gaining all your weight back and then some. I had a Las Vegas personal trainer client who tried a low carbohydrate nutrition program. He lost 23 lbs., but was not lean. When he got his body fat checked, his body fat only decreased .73%. He wasted a lot of calorie-burning muscle. The worst part came when he went off the low carb meal plan. He gained all his original weight back and then some, due to having less muscle. Stay away from low carb food plans.

Mistake #3 – Diet Pills: Diet pills don’t work. Not only are they dangerous, they make you nervous and irritable. Did you know that there is no government organization that checks as to what goes into these silly fat loss pills? It’s true. Research have shown that the ingredients that are suppose to be in these diet pills are not contained in them.

Don’t feel bad if you have committed some of these similar bloopers. I must admit, most of my Las Vegas Personal Fitness Training clients have made these very duplicate idiotic mistakes before joining my personal trainer Las Vegas strategy.
