If you want to get super straight hair, you need to use products that will smooth out your tresses using heat as well as conditioning. If you have wavy or curly hair and want to get your hair straight, you can use the latest technology, such as a heated rolling brush, to get your hair to the point where it is straight. This will not damage your hair the way that traditional straightening irons did in the past.
In the late 1960s and 1970s, straight hair was very much in style. Women who had hair that was curly found it difficult then to get the straight hair that was so very much in vogue. Many women had someone iron their hair using a traditional iron and ironing board. This was a very dangerous practice in that many women got burned when doing this and even more got their hair singed. This caused the hair to get damaged.

It has been back in style since the 1990s and still remains very popular. In the 1990s, straightening irons came out as a way to straighten the hair. These were safer to use than the traditional ironing methods in that women did not risk such injury and could actually use them to straighten their hair themselves. The problem with these irons that are still used today is that they relied on pressure and pulling, thus damaging the hair follicles.
Rolling brushes work with heat and allow the hair to flow through the device so that a woman can just use it like a brush. Because the hair flows through the device, there is not the same risk for damaging the hair as seen in traditional hair irons. Heat is necessary in order to straighten hair properly. There are also conditioners and treatments that can be used in conjunction with these devices to give a woman the smooth, silky tresses that she wants.
The newest hair straightening devices are a step up from traditional straightening irons in that they do not pull on the hair or cause burns on the hair. They will not only make the hair straighter, but will also keep the hair in good condition. A woman today can get super straight hair by using a product that allows the hair to flow naturally through a brush and get the heat from the roller. This method of getting super straight hair must be used on dry hair and will straighten even the most curly hair.
Using other methods, such as curlers or blow drying hair to be straight, is very time consuming and not as effective as using a new straightening device for smooth hair. Using a good conditioner and heat protector on the hair will give anyone who wants to straighten their hair the look that they want when using the new hair straightening devices.
