After the zoom whitening procedure, there are immediate visual results. There have been reports of improvements in teeth that were up to eight shades whiter.
As a non invasive whitening procedure, patients may feel mild sensitivity or a tingling sensation, but there is no pain. The process itself is not uncomfortable. Any sensitivity will normally last a couple of hours or 24 hours at the most. During the teeth whitening process, patients will feel quite comfortable with no distress. After a zoom treatment, patients will see a dramatic improvement in the color of their teeth. They will be much whiter and brighter. The results will last a long time as long as you maintain a proper flossing and brushing routine. If you have very bad teeth, you may have to eventually go in for a touch up session.
