You should consume plenty of healthy fats as well since they are rich in calories. You should also take bodybuilding supplements such as Creatine since they help boost your energy levels to be able to undertake intense weight training.
You should lift weights if you want to increase your muscle mass. Your weight training session needs to be short but very intense at the same time. When you are lifting weights you should prepare yourself psychologically to train very intensely.
