Squats are an excellent cellulite reduction exercise. They affect a variety of large muscle groups and can easily be done at home. To get going, stand with your feet apart about as wide as your hips. While tightening your stomach muscles slowly lower your body like you are sitting down in a chair.
Go down as far as you can – Perfect position being your knees at 90 degrees, while still behind your toes. Once you achieve this position, raise back up. Try not to lock your knees. Your goal is to do 3 sets of fifteen. Build gradually and try not to overexert.
Anti cellulite creams are fine for hiding cellulite. For the best cellulite removing results, you will want to include a few dietary changes and a simple exercise program.
