Food You Should Avoid to Prevent Pimples

It is very common that everything has both bad and good sides as well with the food you take daily. Food not only provides benefits to your health yet it may also cause diseases or prevent the diseases. Therefore, what you should do to gain the best benefits from food for your health is that you should be careful of every food you take. And always take nutritional food so you gain healthiness with disease risk free.

The example I’m going to talk about is pimples. Many people suffer from pimples because they take the wrong food. And below are the 3 kinds of food that can make those who basically get pimples being in a more serious condition.

1. Dairy Products: It might sound weird that dairy products can worsen pimples as we simply know that these are good for health. But the reason is that these dairy products like condensed milk, cheese, yogurt, cake, ice cream, and many other milk-contained foods are a kind of food that is hard for digestion. When being taken, it then can accumulate in the stomach and bring about the growth of yeast. If the number of yeast is increased for some, pimples can occur. But if you are afraid that your body may lack of nutrition from dairy products, you may consider other source that provides the same benefits, such as egg, tofu, nuts, small fish, and meat so your body can gain enough calcium and protein.

2. Sweet Stuff: Any sweet can be a good source for the growth of yeast in stomach. Sweets not only make yeast grow better but also cause the change of hormone. And this absolutely causes more serious pimples.

3. Caffeinated Stuff: Caffeine from tea, coffee, soda, or any caffeinated refreshment can stimulate the growth of yeast and these stuffs can cause toxins in the body. Those with chronic or serious inflamed pimples may try to quit these 3 types of food for 1-2 months. If the result shows that your pimples get decreased or no new pimple occurring, it is possible that those 3 kinds of food are the factors causing you pimples. So it is not that hard for you anymore to get rid off the pimples.

Apart from learning to avoid some food, you should also learn to make your own pimples treatment. If you are the one who always scratches pimples, you then will get scars as a result. Here I have the easy treatment that can help you eliminate the scars from pimples.

What you need is green apple and honey. Apple itself is rich in vitamin for skin nourishment and honey contains a natural substance that helps inhibit fungi. First of all, you need to cleanse and dry your face. Grind the half apple with a tablespoon of honey. When they are well mixed, apply all over your face, especially at the scar area. Leave for 20 minutes and wash off. You can apply this formula everyday to reduce the scars, nourish skin, and also prevent the occurrence of pimples.
