4. Add resistance training to your workout routine. The fastest way to melt body fat and lose inches is to add a few days of resistance training to your routine. You don’t need to lift an outrageous amount of weight or spend hours in the gym for it to be effective. Instead, aim for 20 minutes 2-3 times per week to see fast fat loss results.
5. Eat fat burning foods. Though there is inconclusive data on the effectiveness of using certain foods to burn fat, the list of fat burning foods is also a healthy one. Aim for a diet rich in fiber, protein, low-fat dairy, seafood, berries, greens, beans and olive oil.
Whatever you do, don’t fall for popular get-thin-quick schemes. They will only cause more problems. Weight loss drugs, for example, have potentially dangerous side effect that are not worth the risk. Diet pills sometimes do more harm than good and you are in effect trading one health problem for another.
Successful weight loss is dependent on your commitment level to new lifestyle changes. It isn’t necessary to go to extreme measure to lose weight. Strike a balance, follow the fat loss steps above, and forget about dieting forever.
