There is also specific information that a review should give you. One is how fast a treatment works. Some work as fast as within days, when some lightening is visible.
There are also those that work more slowly. Consistent use over a period of tie is required for them to be effective. A review should also tell you how permanent a treatment really is. Some need to be repeated periodically while others last longer.
A good review will rank the different teeth whitening products against each other. It will do these for the different categories so that you can tell which one is leading in each. For example under whitening toothpastes, you will know which brand gives the best results. The same goes for whitening trays, treatments done at a dental clinic and all the other kinds of treatments that they are.
A review site with personal consumer testimonials is also a good one to refer to. After you have used a specific teeth whitening method that has given you good and lasting results, let others know. Leave a review yourself so that you know these are genuine reviews and not endorsements. You will have saved someone else money they would have spent on ineffective treatments which is something to smile about.
