There has been only one medical treatment that has proved to eliminate or reduce cellulite. This method of cellulite cure is called mesotherapy. Many products in the market claim to treat cellulite of which many of them do little to improve your looks. Mesotherapy is a treatment that focuses the principle causes of cellulite and not only the external symptoms. Cellulite is commonly observed in the ages between 25 and 35 and gradually gets worse with time. In the initial stages, cellulite can be cured with few mesotherapy sessions, but requires more sessions as the stage advances.
– Stage 0 – No appearance of cellulite, even after pinching of skin.

On an average, a patient completes his treatment in less than ten sessions.
Treatment
All the patients have to undergo allergy tests 24 hours before the treatment. The mesotherapy formula has to be customized for each patient. Note that medications for allergic patients are quite rare. Once you have been examined and passed successfully through every test you are scheduled an appointment comprising weekly or bi-weekly cure sessions. Each session requires approximately 45 minutes involving injecting the formulas in required patterns. This is done as injection techniques vary with the type of cellulite. Mesotherapy is a safe treatment if performed by a skilled physician.
There have been no deaths recorded during the 50 years of mesotherapy practise compared to liposuction that causes 100 deaths on an average annually. The most prominent side effects that can be observed after mesotherapy are blue and black marks, which is a 15 – 20 minute burning sensation. These marks remain for 1 to 5 days with mild to medium soreness and there are chances of infection depending on the type of injection used on the patient.
